Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess von der gemeinsamen Profilerstellung über die Auswahl geeigneter Recruiting-Kanäle sowie Active Sourcing, den Auswahlprozess bis zur finalen Vertragsverhandlung.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson begleitest du Kandidat:innen durch den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess und sorgst für eine positive Candidate Experience.
- Du verantwortest den Onboarding-Prozess für neue Teammitglieder und erstellst sowie pflegst alle dazugehörigen Vertragsdokumente.
- Du erstellst, pflegst und entwickelst Arbeitsverträge weiter.
- In Zusammenarbeit mit den Führungskräften identifizierst du Weiterbildungsbedarfe und unterstützt bei der Auswahl passender Trainingsmaßnahmen.
- Du wirkst an der Einführung und Umsetzung von HR-Projekte aktiv mit, um unsere Personalprozesse und die Mitarbeiterzufriedenheit stetig zu verbessern.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Dein Fundament ist ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Personal / BWL.
- Du konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting und in der operativen Personalarbeit sammeln und fühlst dich in der Projektarbeit wohl.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und HR-Systemen.
- Mit deiner offenen, empathischen Art und deinem Organisationstalent gewinnst du schnell das Vertrauen von Bewerbenden und dem Team.
